Here’s how our policy works for coffee and merchandise.
Because our coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns once an order has been opened or consumed. However, we do stand behind the quality of what we send you.
If your coffee arrives with a genuine quality or fulfillment issue — such as a damaged or unsealed bag, the wrong product, or an item that was clearly compromised during shipping — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

We want you to love your Astro Fuel gear. If there’s a problem with your merch — such as a defect, misprint, or damage in shipping — we offer the following options within 7 days of delivery:
Please note: We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on merchandise for reasons of buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered (please refer to the size guide on each product page), or general change of mind. Exchanges and refunds are reserved for cases where there is a defect or error on our end.
Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
